Who we are
Dirac Software - FZCO ("Dirac Software", "we", "us") is a product studio registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, dirac-software.com.
Our mobile apps and SaaS products have their own privacy policies, published separately on this site and in their store listings. This policy covers the website only.
What we collect
We keep the website deliberately simple. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no advertising. The information we handle is limited to:
- Correspondence. If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message.
- Server logs. Our servers automatically record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and timestamps. We use these logs to keep the site secure and to diagnose problems.
- Aggregate analytics. We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand overall site usage, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and anonymous: it does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
The website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. That is why you won't see a cookie banner here.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the website:
- Hosting. The site runs on server infrastructure we manage. Requests to the site, including the server logs described above, are processed there.
- Google Fonts. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers above, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep information
Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, and our servers may be located in other countries. By using the site, you understand that the limited information described above may be processed outside your own country.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted more prominently.
