Agreement to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Dirac Software - FZCO ("Dirac Software", "we", "us"), a company registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using dirac-software.com (the "site"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our mobile apps and SaaS products are governed by their own terms and licence agreements, available in the products themselves and their store listings. These terms cover the website only.
Use of the site
The site is provided to share information about Dirac Software and our products. You may browse the site and use its content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers it runs on;

No liability for our apps and services
Our mobile apps and SaaS products are made available under their own terms and licence agreements, and your use of them is at your own sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirac Software accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, any app or service we publish. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
